Our story
Ashutosh Srivastav started this work with one simple idea. A buyer should hear the truth about a project, not only the good parts.
Today the team covers new projects from many builders across Lucknow and the roads around it. We know which builder finishes on time. We know which floor gets the best light. We know what a flat really sells for, not only the price on the brochure.
We do not charge you a fee. The builder pays us when you book. So we can afford to show you every option, and to tell you when a project is wrong for you.

We send you three or four projects that really fit. Not a long list.
We book the visit and come with you. You see the real site, not only the photos.
Booking, loan, papers and registry. We stay with you until you hold the keys.
